Hi, my problem is that when I am on TT my screen reader and any computer sounds including music files can be heard by the other users who are in the channel when I key up. So obviously I cannot use voice activated because every time I do anything on my computer it will be transmitted to everyone in the room. I am using headphones so it is not that my microphone is picking up my computer sounds. Is there a setting somewhere to keep my computers sounds separate from the microphone?

Not that I know of. Is the microphone attached to your headset? The reason why I ask is because people can hear my screen reader as well.

yes there is a way to make sure people dont hear this.
Make sure that in your volume control that the "What you hear" or "Stereo mix" option is not checked under recording controls.

Yes I have a headset with the microphone attatched, and I do believe the stereo mix is checked in my settings, I will have to look into changing that.

Now I just gotta find that pesky stereo mix check box, I swear I came across it before.

Is that in the TeamTalk window, or in the computer's sound card settings?

I believe it is in the computer settings, but I could be wrong.
